Dear Vendors,
I wanted to get information on the set up at the Indiana 2007 convention as quickly as possible.
The convention staff has set the prices and we have blocked off GREAT rooms this year. The location for outdoor vendors is equally as good. The campground is right across the street from the school and is a perfect location. We have a new idea for set up this year and I hope you are all happy with it. Because the registration for convention is being set up in the lobby of the school, we are extending our sales hours for an extra day and a half. You will not be required to open on Saturday at noon but you will be able to do so.
Our set-up and tear-down times are generous this year. Both Outdoors and indoors may set up Friday morning after 9 am. Both should be out of the school and off of the fairgrounds by noon on Saturday.
The outdoor spaces for this years convention are right in the middle of the campground adjacent to the food vendors and an appropriate distance from the main pavilion The spaces are flat and there is electric. You will need to bring some heavy duty extension cords though it will not be over 100 feet to the spaces. The cost will be $9. per foot frontage with 45' maximum depth.
Indoor vendors will be in a loop hall off of the main lobby of the school The rooms average 650 sq feet. There may be a desk, file case and a few bookcases in the rooms so bring a sheet or two to cover these if you wish. (I will have extras if you forget.)
There will be a drop ship address available at Marengo Cave. We will supply this in your confimation letter in April or May.
